Although time has meant that production methods have drastically changed, people still hold the same appreciation for natural stone. Back then, people had a very limited choice as to what marble was available, making the Carrara marble so popular. But now in the 21st century, although the Carrara has remained (and will continue to be!) extremely popular. There are now many variations of marble and people are now looking to make their marble selections stand out from the crowd, particularly in high end commercial projects looking to make a powerful and memorable impact. Statement stone is looking to grow increasingly popular globally over the next few years and at Ionic Stone we are ready! We have several different options to put forward to our customers, in a variety of shapes, colours and sizes.
Lilac
Our Lilac marble is part of the Carrara family, originating from the same quarry in Mugla. Holding much of the same beauty as the Carrara, this stone holds stronger veins and detailing making it a vocal point in whatever project it is used in. This product is stocked in the UK in a 305x610x12mm size as well as a herringbone format of 100x305x12mm. But the options don’t end there- originality is of importance to the people who select a statement stone for their projects, that is why at Ionic Stone we have several different bespoke sizing options, not only do we produce this product in larger formats such as 610x1220x12mm, but we also supply this product in bookmatching as well as different hexagon formations such as the oblong and richmond.
Invisible
The Invisible range is a product we are extremely proud of here at Ionic Stone, we are the only manufacturer that has mastered the techniques to produce this stone into tile formats! This beautiful product has been split into three separate selections- blue, white and grey. All three selections hold similar bold and eye-catching features with a difference in the base colour. It’s incredible how this product is so elegant yet bold, and all three are a perfect colour scheme for a corporate environment. We produce this product in both honed and polished in various sizes ranging from the herringbone size of 100x305x10mm to 610x1220x12mm.
Lava River
Our Lava River is an exclusive selection from the Afyon grey quarries. This tile holds a strong colour scheme with different shades of grey in a flowing horizontal fashion creating an eye catching, soothing feeling. This product is available in 610x1220x12mm in a variety of different finishes as well a striking bookmatched collection and hexagons.
Onyx
Onyx is becoming increasingly popular with many people looking to find a distinctive design to create a memorable impression for whoever lays eyes on it. Onyx is an extremely durable product which is probably why it is now commonly used in commercial spaces. We have two selections available in our Onyx range, Honey and Veiny with a striking brown, cream and white colour scheme. The veiny is the vein-cut selection and the Honey is the cross-cut selection, and both are available in various sizes as well hexagon formats.
